Calculating volumes

The volumes quoted below are based on A4 documents and will allow you to get a rough calculation of the volumes you may have for scanning. This may vary depending on how tightly packed your cabinets, boxes or files have been filled and whether there are any double sided or small documents.

	1 x 4 drawer filing cabinet typically holds 4000 pages (8k double-sided)
	1 x full archive storage box typically holds 3000 pages
	1 x full box file typically holds 500 pages
	1 x full lever arch file typically holds 500 pages
