the country who converted their paperwork onto 16 or 35mm roll film,
or onto Microfiche to safeguard against loss, theft or damage over
the last 20-30 years are now finding out that these services are
available.
MISL can convert
existing 16mm, 35mm or 105mm film, Microfiche or COM Fiche and
Aperture Cards onto CD or DVD media, or even onto the Internet
allowing easy and extremely fast retrieval rather than having to go
to existing archive rooms, dig out the correct film and load it on a
reader just to get a print!
Many bureaus will
charge customers to convert microfilm or microfiche documents by
using either prints of the film to then scan, or by manually
scanning the images one by one. Using the latest in technology with
