With the arrival of our new aperture card scanners we can process aperture cards more efficiently than ever before. All drawings and plans that are scanned from these cards will pass through the same quality control procedures that all other scanned documents do, to ensure the best quality image is returned from our equipment.

The documents can be scanned into any format, the most popular being TIFF, PDF or JPEG files. These images are then placed into a retrieval database for simple searching facilities. We can output to anything from simple Excel databases which are user friendly and free of charge to produce, into a range of Document Management systems for large corporate customers or onto a Web based retrieval enabling offices worldwide to easily view one set of documents.

We perform extensive quality checks on each card as it is scanned, including De-Skew, De-Speckle and Cropping to ensure that the best quality image is provided back to our customers every single time.
