A huge fire has ripped
through a six-storey paper storage warehouse in east London.
Flames shot 20 to 30ft into the air and smoke from the blaze
could be seen across the city. About 100 fire fighters were
called to the site in Bow on Wednesday night but say it needs to
burn itself out. Iron Mountain, the firm that owns the data
storage unit, said it held "archived business records". Do you
now feel safe now putting your paper records into physical
storage? Iron Mountain, one of the largest UK and Worldwide
paper storage companies has lost thousands of records belonging
to companies using their facilities.
